O.E.M SERVICE

O.E.M. is Oilfield Equipment Maintenence

  • O.E.M has 4 majors sections as follows;
    1. Maintenance Section: first physical check for overview, dis-assembly, re-assembly and cleaning, blasting and painting.
    2. Inspection Section: Follow industry or manufacture’s standards & specifications for NDT process, Dimensional process and physical visual inspection process.
    3. Testing Section: such as Pressure Test, Load Test and Function Test.
    4. Provide Spare Part Section: Source & provide spare parts for equipment that the inspection or test result has identified failed and or needs replacement.

THE FOLLOWING O.E.M SERVICES ARE PROVIDED

    • PRESSURE CONTROL EQUIPMENT (P.C.E) C.R.C. provides professional qualify for the P.C.E unit package as for B.O.P, Lubricator, Lifting Skid, Lifting. Accessories, X-Over, etc. with method of Maintenance, NDT Inspection, Dimension and Pressure testing follow Customer or International Standard.
    • FLOW IRON PIPING Recertification, inspection, testing & spare parts supply can be provided. Manufacturer or customer specific procedures will be carried out experienced operator and inspector. C.R.C. has experience with the following manufactures: FMC / SPM / Anson / ABCO / MSI / TSI.
    • CIRCULATING TOOL A circulating tool is a device used in oil and gas well drilling and completion operations to manage the flow of drilling fluids.
    • PBL TOOL A downhole tool used in the oil and gas industry for various drilling and completion operations

Hardbanding

Professional hardfacing services designed to extend the life of tool joints by protecting them from drilling-related wear and tear.

The process of critical wear-protection process applied to the tool joints of drill pipes, HWDP, and drill collars using hardfacing materials such as Duraband® and Tuffband®. This technique is designed to extend the lifespan of the drill string while minimizing wear and preventing excessive damage to both the drill string and the casing during drilling operations.

Pressure test

A testing process to verify the integrity and pressure resistance of components, ensuring they perform safely under operational conditions

The testing process covers pipelines, pressure vessels, valves, flow treatment iron, well control equipment, and drilling safety devices such as FOSVs and Kelly valves. CRC Inspections provides specialized test stumps for rotary connections, eliminating the need for a bucking unit to apply makeup torque during pressure testing
